Growing Info, follow in order:
Scarification: Soak in water, let stand in water for 24 hours.
Stratification: warm stratify for 120 days, cold stratify for 90 days.
Germination: sow seed 1/8" deep , tamp the soil, mulch the seed bed.

Widely cultivated for its medicinal properties as an astringent and inflammation reducer, Hamamelis Virginian is an important ingredient of proprietary eye drops, skin creams, ointments and skin tonics.
