Growing Info, follow in order:
Scarification: Soak in water, let stand in water for 1 to 7 days.

Physical Characteristics  Juncus effusus is a PERENNIAL growing to 1.5 m (5ft) by 0.5 m (1ft 8in). It is hardy to zone 4. It is in flower from Jun to August. The flowers are hermaphrodite (have both male and female organs) and are pollinated by Wind.
