Bonsai Comments:

The Spruce is an outdoor tree ,so do not try and grow them indoors. It is widely available for Bonsai and not expensive , easy to care for and prized for its small needles. . Picea glauca likes a sunny spot outdoors year round but needs to be protected from freezing temperatures. Watering is critical, in the spring and summer this spruce needs regular watering with less in the winter being careful to avoid drying out. Provide shade in the summer midday heat but do not let the Bonsai dry out.

Sow seeds in the spring, and moving forward with Bonsai Spruce is sensitive to timing, so styling and wiring needs to happen after growth stages in late autumn and winter.
